    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, a few years ago a student by the name of Solomon Muruli from my community went through the same process until he eventually died. Again, this student is from my community, and the Assistant Minister seems to take the evidence at hand to be non-committing. We already have pangas which have finger prints, the voice of the man, and the Statement from the victim, Mr. Natembeya. Why is he not arresting these people; little students who cannot be difficult for him to get, although he claims that they have gone underground?"
