    "content": "Very well. It is a matter dealing with the proposed amendments to the Standing Order No.176 for those of you who are familiar with it. That is because I can see some of you wondering whether there is any such Standing Order. There is - on discharge of Members. The matter is actively being considered by the Procedure and House Rules Committee. Indeed, the Committee has scheduled a retreat for two or three days when we go for the long recess in May. It is going to be addressed."
