(b) Could the Minister confirm that the Government plans to settle persons displaced during the 2008 Post-Election Violence (IDPs) in Lamu County and, if so, is he aware that the plan is creating tension in the area? (c)What measures is the Minister taking to ensure that the concerns of the residents are addressed and could he consider resettling the local IDPs first before resettling IDPs from outside the county?"
