    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I get very worried when Hon. Jakoyo Midiwo accuses the Hon. Leader of the Majority Party of some unseen forces. What the Hon. Leader of the Majority Party is raising is from Section 31 of the Political Parties Act. This has nothing to do with witchcraft. This is pure law. Knowing where he comes from, I know there could be some issues to deal with that. However, this is purely on a point of law. Section 31 of the Act states:- “The accounts of every political party shall be audited annually by the Auditor-General and shall be submitted to the Registrar and tabled in the National Assembly.” The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
