    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I stand to support this Bill. This is a Bill that is made in furtherance to Article 173 of the Constitution. Article 173 (2) of the Constitution anticipates the creation of a fund that shall be used for administrative expenses of the Judiciary and such other purposes as may be necessary. Article 173(4) gives the National Assembly powers to approve the expenditure of the Judiciary. It anticipates in Article 173(5) that Parliament shall enact legislation to provide for the regulation of the Fund. That is what this particular Fund seeks to do. It is in order and I support it.
