    "content": "We have spent a lot of time pursuing this Bill. We want to deal with the Bill relating to the retirement benefits of judges as fast as possible. I want to tell the people of Kenya that the clamour by judges to retire at 74 years and not 70 years is caused by the fact that the Judges Retirement Benefits Bill has not come to Parliament to be passed. I believe that most of the judges who misinterpret the Constitution and refuse to retire think that a retirement age of 74 years can apply against the clarity of the Constitution. They hope that there will be a law that provides them with security out there."
