    "content": "This Bill also gives the Judiciary the opportunity to partner with donors and other partners who are willing to work with them and have funds in their accounts, which will be audited by the Auditor-General and reported to this Parliament. Initially, the Judiciary was only using the funds that have been allocated to them by the National Treasury. However, with this law in place, they will have an opportunity to get other partners who are willing to help them to achieve their target and to reform the Judiciary as expected."
