    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I thank the Vice-Chair of the Committee for giving me this opportunity to support the Bill. An independent Judiciary is really important for the success of our nation in the long term. We rely on our Judiciary to exercise its independence in the delivery of justice to our people. One of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is around this. This House has done a commendable job on four Bills around the Judiciary that have come from the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs recently, including the Legal Aid Bill and the Small Claims Court Bill. These Bills will really impact the lives of poor people and all Kenyans in general. I beg to support."
