    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I am totally opposed to this amendment. We cannot force people to elect somebody they do not want. If it was saying the parties have to have had women candidates, then that would be okay. When you talk about the ones who have been elected, then we have no control over that. This amendment is not constitutional."
