    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I am here on grounds of being in the leadership. The Constitution is very clear. Particularly, when you look at the PFM Act on equity, you will realise that you cannot discriminate along gender. The person who came up with this amendment wants to spoil the mood of the two-thirds gender rule that we want to pass in this House. Let us not set a wrong precedent. I call upon our lady legislators to tread carefully. We are concerned about the two-thirds gender rule. There is no way you can put such a funny clause here. I oppose."
