    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I stand to support this proposal. I am surprised that the Leader of the Majority Party is opposing this proposal yet he has come up with a proposal before this House on how we can increase the number of women in this House. We must encourage women to participate in elective positions. This is one of the ways of aiding in sorting out the issue of the one-third gender rule. We should support this process. I support. Thank you."
