    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, this was a very important (Amendment) Bill. We are happy to have passed it. As we sit in this House, there is a very serious Bill about the two-thirds gender rule also known as the “Duale Bill.” We, as Members of Parliament, are very committed to ensure that, that Bill is going to pass. We know of many women who are rich. It does not mean that when you are a woman, you do not have money. We have many poor men. I want to give an example of the gracious lady, Hon Wambui Kibaki, the Member for Othaya."
