    "content": "As I conclude, this Bill purposes to empower as many women as possible. In the next 20 years, this Bill seeks to ensure that we will have more than two-thirds or more than 50 per cent women in this House. As representatives of the people, we must be objective to ensure that we set a framework that will take us forward in getting more women in our institutions."
