    "content": "happening. If that road was constructed, Hon. (Ms.) Kiptui would not be in hospital. She was involved in an accident because the road is not in a good condition. When contractors are awarded contracts, they should finish their work with speed. I want to call upon the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing to consider the Marigat- Loruk Road and find out why there has been a delay in completing it and yet, the contractor has already been awarded the contract. It is important for Kenyans to get value for the money allocated. I support the Petition and we should look at all the other projects that have been delayed in the country."
