Speaker, I beg to move the following Motion:- THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Liaison Committee on the First Supplementary Estimates for 2015/2016, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, April 19, 2016, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 223 of the Constitution, approves the issuance of a sum of Ksh25,968,239,099 from the Consolidated Fund to meet the expenditure during the year ending 30th June 2016, in respect of the various Votes, as indicated in the Schedule."
