    "content": "As I conclude, I want to caution that it is important that we are not seen to be fighting other institutions. It will come out like we are fighting the Senate. I believe that we need to give the Senate money to exercise their oversight role. However, let us do it within the law. That is why I am proposing that we do not have to do it in the Supplementary Budget. We can do it in the Budget for the 2016/2017 Financial Year."
