    "content": "Lastly, as we move forward, and give political parties money, we would like those parties to be cognisant of the fact there are marginalised communities who are the youth, persons with disability and women; people who ordinarily would need affirmative action. Part of the conditionality which the Political Parties (Amendment) Bill speaks to, in brief, is that political parties must respond to marginalised communities and persons who for a long time have not had affirmative action. It is an amendment that we need to support. With those many remarks, I support. Thank you."
