    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for allowing me to contribute. From the outset, I support the mediated version of the Bill. The Committee has done a pretty good job laying the minimum requirement of three Senators, three governors, 20 Members of Parliament and 40 MCAs. It sets a high standard. That makes other parties, like my friend, Hon. Maanzo’s to start thinking outside the Wiper Democratic Movement regions because it will not qualify for this. This is because you need to have 20 Members of Parliament but you have 16. My friend, Ferdinand Wanyonyi, will also move out of Kwanza and not just talk about western region where he will not meet the threshold."
