"content": "Personally, I would have been in this House almost 10 years ago but because of rigging, which my friend, Hon. Pukose, knows very well, I was not. He was referring to it because he was sympathising with me because I was supposed to be in this House much earlier but because of the big boys syndrome particularly the big parties which practise dictatorships, I was not. You will find that somebody who is popular on the ground is rigged out. It becomes who knows who. You will find that the most popular person who has spent time to grow his popularity is rigged out and the only alternative is to get a small party as a shelter."
