    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I would like to support the amendment but I have also read a better version by Hon. Mwadime. I am not sure if he is going to move it. The proposal by the Chair is trying to tidy the amendment to the extent that there ought to be two-thirds of Members of the community present. I think the one by Hon. Mwadime talks about the two-thirds Members present voting. I think it is a better amendment. I still support the amendment by the Chair."
