    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was just outlining the measures that the Government is taking to make sure that the factories and farmers are safe. I have also said that the Government has promised to take up some of the debts and convert them into equity. The Government will write off some of the statutory deductions which have accumulated for a long time. The Government is serious. However, there are a few things that are being attended to by the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Co-operatives, so that we can move forward. Once we get that sorted out, we will move forward in reforming the sugar industry."
