    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to ask the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security the following Question by Private Notice. (a) Can the Minister confirm that he visited Madogo area on 8th October, 2011 following a directive of the House to investigate the harassment of youths by police officers? (b) Can the Minister also confirm that at the public baraza, the youth raised concerns with the Minister that they would be harassed even more due to the Minister’s visit? (c) Is the Minister aware that eleven youths were arrested and charged for loitering just 24 hours after the Minister’s departure on 9th October, 2011 and, if so, what measures will the Minister take to ensure that the continuous harassment of youth by police officers is stopped?"
