    "content": "Yes. Thank you. I rise to support the amendment as proposed by the Chair. Many times land issues have been the biggest part of discrimination on the part of women especially where we have group ranches. Most women are not members of the group ranches. They do not participate in the group ranch elections. So, this is a good amendment. I am sorry for my friend but for a long time women have been the custodians of all the bad customs we have in this country."
