    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I oppose this amendment. Sub-clause 31(5) is very comprehensive and defines both men and women. In my view, this amendment is to demean women because it shows that it is only women who marry from outside their community. Both men and women marry from outside and move to new localities and are entitled to benefit from different communities. This should be removed."
