    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. At the outset, I strongly support this amendment. I want to thank this Committee which is really progressive and has considered very many critical issues. We have worked with it as pastoralist Members of Parliament, and most of our issues have been addressed. In our counties, governors are busy allocating land to investors yet they have no role at all to do that. This law makes all those transactions null and void."
