    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I support the amendment. If the Chairman listens, I request him to take note of a word I am missing in the part that reads “an agreement relating to the investment in the community land shall only be made between the investor and the community.” I thought the phrase “a registered community” could have been used. This is because when you just say “community,” it becomes ambiguous. It is better to be specific and say “a registered community.” The agreement between specific communities should be by people who have registered that land."
