    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I want to support this amendment. The way it is in the Bill is based on Article 66 of the Constitution. If we leave this land to the owners, and the way the world is going, somebody somewhere must regulate because people will come and do any kind of business. Some people will start doing some things which are contrary to our culture, our religion and our way of life. So, I want to thank the drafters of this Bill. I want to thank the Chairman of the Committee. You have seen that there are people who want to make money out of some other business."
