    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Assistant Minister has asked whether the 33 projects being overseen by the Rift Valley Water Services Board cover my constituency. If I had the schedule with me, I could confirm. The water services board has a broad scope. There is a specific question I raised on drilling of a borehole in the Kerio Valley area, which the Ministry promised three years ago. There is a major problem right now because we have opened a brand new secondary school to cater for the entire division, and those people need water."
