    "content": "“(7) If at the expiry of the five years specified in subsection (6) the adjudication is not concluded, such land shall be deemed to be community land and shall be dealt with in terms of the provisions of this Act.” (c) by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (8)− “(9) The provisions of this section shall be subject to the provisions of Article 63(4) of the Constitution and the legislation providing for the review of grants and dispositions.”"
