    "content": "Whereas I sympathise with Hon. Neto for trying to protect the pastoralists communities, the most dangerous thing is if we leave the definition at including “common ancestry” and “similar culture” and leave out aspects of geographical space. We will be saying that somebody who is a Maasai from Tanzania can come and take land of the Maasai in Kenya. A Somali from Somalia can come and take land in North Eastern. That way, we will bring complications. This amendment protects everybody and ensures that it is the right beneficiaries who get it."
