    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I do not come from Busia neither do I come from Western Kenya. Hon. Deputy Speaker, I want to join my colleagues in saying that land matters are quite sensitive and we should not procrastinate them. We should expedite these issues. The Committee on Implementation should be the right organ to follow up the matter and any issue raised in Parliament should not be an exercise in futility. We need a speedy resolution on this matter."
