    "content": "I am also a Member of the Departmental Committee on Lands. Land issues in Kenya are becoming a major challenge and the sooner we address them, the better. Most of these House resolutions and land issues are tied to budgetary allocations. If possible, the House leadership should see a way of addressing most of these issues through budgetary allocation so that we do not legislate in vain."
