    "content": "Let me inform the House what the contention was. In the amendments that were brought to this House by the Senate, the Senate had deleted the inclusion of civil society membership in the National Climate Change Council. It was felt that the representation of the civil society in the Council was very important because they are playing a very crucial role in sensitisation of communities on the impacts and challenges of climate change. So, during the Mediation Committee discussion, we agreed with the Senate that it is important that the civil society be included in the National Climate Change Council."
