    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I take this opportunity to sincerely thank and acknowledge the effort Hon. Wilber Ottichilo has put into this Bill. He has brought many Motions that have to do with the environment. I take this opportunity to thank him and ask him to continue doing research. To come up with such Motions, he needs a lot of time and dedication. Hon. Ottichilo has done so much. I thank him. The Mediation Committee did a good job. All I want to ask is that we should take time to fast-track the implementation of this Bill so that we save our future generations. Thank you."
