    "content": "Thank you. I support this Motion by Hon. Ottichilo. The concern for the environment is timely. It is worthwhile and that is the right direction to follow. It is satisfying to note that this area is anchored in the Constitution as seen in Article 42 - which gives everyone the right to live in a clean and healthy environment.
