    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also support this Motion as moved by Hon. (Dr.) Ottichilo. We need to develop aesthetic values in this country. We need to develop a culture which is lacking. We also need the state to stand up and do its mandate to ensure that our environment is well managed, protected and conserved. Not just sitting and waiting until we come up and start discussing these issues in Parliament and other forums. I support."
