    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support by saying that there were special days for planting trees in our schools when I was there. They acted as barriers to wind. In my constituency recently, roofs of two schools were blown off as a result of lack of trees. In addition, there are no special dumping places in major towns in our country. We do not have toilet paper or water in Chwele Market of my constituency. People wash vehicles in rivers and other water bodies like Lake Victoria. That is endangering marine life. I support and congratulate Hon. (Dr.) Wilber Ottichilo."
