    "content": "Hon. Members, this Petition contains what appears to be a very solemn prayer cutting across various sectors such as security, trade and energy. Indeed, some of the concerns relate to matters under the purview of the Nairobi City County Government. In the circumstances, I will refer the Petition to the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security for consideration. I wish to remind the House that pursuant to Standing Order No.227(2), the Committee should report its findings to the House within 60 days from the date hereof. The Committee should engage all the other sectors in its efforts to resolve the concerns of the Petitioner."
