    "content": "We have lost many lives due to illegal electricity connections and yet, in the last three years, we have been working very closely with Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) to bring legal, cheap, affordable and safe power connections to the community. So as to reduce the number of incidences in which people lose lives, properties and their savings because of fires, I will be engaging with the Committee to see what is fair and doable in a quick manner. I will also liaise with the Community Chair to participate in this and make sure that the Petitioner, if necessary, feels welcome to engage the Committee and help them find a solution.
