    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I support the Petition. Definitely, the biggest problem is not the people who do the illegal connections, but the recipients down the line who have no idea that somebody has connected power illegally. The Government needs to take the necessary action and check this out. There are those who are doing illegal water connections. One would wonder whether that water is safe or it is something that can affect the bigger population in that slum area. This is something which, in my view, needs to be looked at deeply. It is not only in Kibera, but also in different slum areas in Kisumu, Meru, Mombasa and other towns. Those kinds of connections - and particularly of power - are really dangerous and sometimes cause the problems that we see in slum areas. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
