    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I would like to support the Petitioner. The risk that runs through such unqualified connections is that people lose lives. We saw that recently in Nakuru. Two young men lost their lives because of interacting with electrical connections that were live. We have heard cases of people dying through electric shocks. I also want to underline the issue of corruption because we could be having people from the Inspection Unit of KPLC who are not doing their bit. It is good that we have this Petition. It is better that the Committee takes over the case over and beyond Kibra. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
