I believe that we are all familiar with the manner of dressing in the House. I would like to have your direction. Is it proper for a Member to come to the House dressed in a decoration? I say so because in the last Parliament, I came to the House dressed in the High Court attire and I was ruled out of order. That was a decoration as well."
