    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, this is a question that has arisen from the Leader of the Majority Party. Clause 10 deals with the Board of the Agency. We are adding the Attorney-General after consultation with the stakeholders including the Ministry. We felt that the Attorney-General or his representative should be part of the Board."
