    "content": "This is on the qualification of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). On this one, the Bill says that we should have 10 years. However, the Committee proposes that we should have five years because this is a new field. Many of the people who will apply will be locked out. So, for that purpose, the Committee decided that we have five years’ experience for the CEO and not 10."
