    "content": "I beg to move:- THAT, clause 30 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub clause (1) by deleting the prefatory statement and substituting therefor the following prefatory statement— “(1) An authorised Anti-Doping compliance officer acting in accordance with the enabling statutory provisions may—” (b) in sub clause (4) by deleting the words “ or without” appearing immediately after the word “may with.” As discussed, the justification for this was that the amendment brings the Bill into compliance with the Constitution and Section 29 of the Criminal Procedure Code Act by permitting the officer of the Agency, who will exercise police powers of arrest, seizure and search, do so within the permitted legal framework and with a warrant.
