Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 5 of the Bill be amended− (a) in sub-clause (4), by inserting the words “or by negotiated settlement” at the end of the sentence; and (b) in sub-clause (5) by inserting the words “of this Act” immediately after the words “section 46”.
