    "content": "Thank you, Hon Temporary Deputy Chairlady. If we have that amendment, we are going to leave out the community. According to my amendment, we were to include communities as the recipients and compensation upon compulsory acquisition. We do not have negotiated settlements in northern Kenya and that will affect the community land especially communities that have land which is not settlement. So, we should include my amendment. This is unfair. I want to go on record that on this issue we cannot leave out the community. We have community owned land, we have trust land and we have no settlement land."
