These are procedures to be followed. If they are not clear, then they are hanging. From (3) to (6) make them Sub-clauses of 2. That is the Committee’s amendment. A mistake was introduced when the Order Paper was being prepared or when the Clerks-at-the Table were bringing the amendments. It is Clause 8 (1) (2) (3), (4) and (5).
