    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, in Sub-clause (2), the provisions suggest that an instrument may be registered in accordance with some law other than the community land law. That is the issue. I propose to amend it by deleting the words “any other written law” so that disposition of community land can only be in accordance with the Act."
