I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 11 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (1) – “(1b) Community land may be registered in the name of– (a) a community; (b) a clan or family in accordance with the customary practices applicable; or (c) a community association in accordance with the document constituting the association."
